--LHP Scott Lewis was recalled from Class AA Akron. Lewis is expected to start Wednesday's game in Baltimore in place of RHP Anthony Reyes, who is out with a sore right elbow. Lewis was a combined 8-4 with a 2.40 ERA in 17 starts at Akron and Class AAA Buffalo. --RHP Anthony Reyes will miss his next scheduled start Wednesday in Baltimore due to soreness in his right elbow. Reyes was removed from his last start Friday vs. Kansas City after three innings due to the ailment. In six starts since being acquired in a trade with St. Louis, Reyes is 2-1 with a 1.83 ERA.
--The Indians' 3-1 loss to Kansas City on Saturday snapped their 10-game road winning streak, which equaled the fourth-longest road winning streak in franchise history.
--DH Travis Hafner, who has been on the disabled list since the end of May with a strained right shoulder, could be activated Tuesday in Baltimore. Hafner has been with Class AA Akron on a rehab assignment.
