Lee has now won 11 games in a row, the longest streak by an Indians pitcher since Gaylord Perry won 15 in a row in 1974. Lee probably has three starts remaining this season. He needs one more win to tie Vean Gregg for the franchise record for most wins in a season by a left-handed pitcher. Gregg win 23 games in 1911.
--OF Grady Sizemore's hitless streak reached 25 consecutive at bats, spanning six games, before he singled in the fifth inning Friday night. --C Kelly Shoppach hit his 20th home run of the season Friday night. Prior to this season Shoppach had 10 career home runs in his first three major league seasons.
--OF Shin-Soo Choo is hitting .346 since the All-Star break, with seven home runs and 30 RBIs.
--RHP Bryan Bullington, claimed off waivers from the Pirates last month, will make his debut with the Indians in the second game of Saturday's day-night double header.
