Manager Eric Wedge said he expects to give Peralta more starts at third, with 2B Asdrubal Cabrera moving to shortstop. --The Indians' 4-0 win over Chicago on Wednesday gave them just their second series win of the year. They are 2-7-3 in series this year.
--RHP Jensen Lewis struck out a career-high five batters in 2 1/3 innings Tuesday.
